What is the product’s transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).


What are the payment methods available?

We welcome and provide access to the seamless convenience of digital payments to our Shoppers. Hence, it is now possible to pay your orders with e-wallet : Touch ‘n Go, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over your phone.


How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :

  1. Click “Add to basket” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Continue add other products into the cart or click “View basket” to view all products in the basket, click “Proceed to checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your order.
  4. You’ll need to confirm your billing and shipping details on the “Checkout” page.
  5. From here, you need to make the payment according to the instructions on the “Checkout” page.
  6. After the steps before this have been done, fill the payment detail and other comments in “Order notes“, click “Place order” to complete the order.


How can I make a payment?

Make the payment first on Checkout page before you click “Place order” button.

  1. Download and register for the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app if you haven’t. If you have, launch your TNG eWallet app
  2. Tap on the “Scan” icon
  3. Scan the QR code here and enter the correct amount to complete the payment


What should I do if I forget to fill in the payment details?

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your username or email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click “Reset password“.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@ee-jia.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


How do I track my order?

We use Ninja Van as our shipping service provider. We will update the tracking number into your invoice once we receive your orders payment.

You may go to My account -> Orders page to retrieve your invoice and track your parcel status here.


How long does the delivery usually takes?

Estimated delivery time will takes about 2 to 5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia), 3 to 10 business days to East Malaysia.
